Beach House

Overview —

A contemporary Santa Monica, California beach residence merging coastal living with modern architectural expression.

I’ve always wanted to be an Architect. For my project, I created a beach house based on a lot in Santa Monica, California. I started the process by studying many types of architectural designs and was inspired by Eric Owen Moss.

The Project —

I admire the result of a project and what it takes to get there. It was only natural to me that I go back to school and learn how to plan and design a project from the ground up. While I now work with web projects, I have taken the knowledge I’ve learned through Architectural Design courses and applied it to development, design, and strategy for web applications.
